Pilgrim’s Passages is played with a Referee and one to five players who take on the role of Pilgrims. The Referee will set the stage for adventure and travel, the Players will react to the stage, and the Referee will react to the Players. The text of this book will step-in when the Referee or Players need some help.
This is a book of rulings, procedures, and advice not rules. Treat them as recommendations and solutions to problem you may find at your table, but do not treat them as infallible or perfect for every table. Make changes, create wholly new rulings, and have fun with your table.
